Refund policy

RETURNS

Malibu Sandals orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. Simply contact us at customerservice@malibusandals.com with your Order Number and we will initiate a return through Shopify that will provide you with a return label.  Stick the label on the original shipping carton and drop the box off at any United States Postal Service location. We do not provide postage paid return labels for international orders. 

After return is received, we'll refund your original payment method less shipping costs.

EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange your Malibu Sandals order for a different size, color or style, please complete the form, or contact us at customerservice@malibusandals.com

Note : Once the return is received, we will then, ship your next pair and original invoice will be updated for additional Shipping Costs IF you decide to return the exchange.  

All Sale/Discounted Items are Final. No Returns or Exchanges.

DEFECTIVE OR FLAWED

Malibu Sandals stands behind all of its products.  If your product has a workmanship, craftsmanship of material flaw - we want to know about it.  Please complete the form, or contact us at customerservice@malibusandals.com for a full refund.
