Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

Malibu Sandal orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date.  Simply fill out the form and we will provide a return shipping label.  Stick the label on the original shipping carton and drop the box off at any United States Postal Service location. We do not provide postage paid return labels for international orders. 

After return is received, we'll refund your original payment method.

DEFECTIVE  OR FLAWED PRODUCTS

Malibu Sandals stands behind all of its products.  If your product has a workmanship, craftsmanship of material flaw - we want to know about it.  Please fill out the form, checking the Refund box below, for a full refund.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS 

If you wish to exchange your Malibu Sandals order for a different size, color or style, please complete the form, or contact us at malibusandals@gmail.com








We will contact you if there is an issue. If requesting a refund or exchange for a defective sandal, please email pictures of the defect to malibusandals@gmail.com




Style and size * Please specify the SKU number for each item you are returning. The number contains the size, and can be found in your confirmation email below the style name.
